Financial operations. Connected by design.
Modernize financial operations with a unified platform for managing members, financial products, transactions and institutional reporting.
Staff of institutions using the system: system access
The principle
One member. One ledger. One source of truth.
Every deposit, repayment, share purchase and fee goes through a single transaction engine and lands in a double-entry general ledger. Statements, registers and financial reports are all read from that same ledger.
So a member’s balance, the loan register and the balance sheet can’t quietly disagree, and any figure can be traced back to the transactions behind it.
Capabilities
What the system does today.
Built and verified end to end. Planned work is listed separately below.
Members & KYC
Single and bulk registration, KYC review and identity checks. Duplicates are blocked by national ID, phone and other identifiers. Membership register with Excel/CSV export.
Savings
Deposits and withdrawals to bank, mobile money or cash, up to the available balance, with a checker above set limits. Bulk savings schedules from payroll files.
Shares
Configurable share product with value, premium and transaction fee. Purchase, redemption and transfer, each posted to the right ledger accounts, plus a share register.
Loans
Configurable loan products, automatic appraisal checks, guarantors and documents, repayment schedules, arrears tracking and classification, and controlled write-offs.
Accounting & general ledger
Chart of accounts, journals, trial balance, balance sheet and income statement. Month-end interest accrual and IFRS 9 expected-credit-loss provisioning.
Reporting
Loan pipeline, portfolio at risk, arrears, savings and membership reports, filtered by period and branch, printable and exportable to Excel/CSV.
Branches, tellers & cash
Branches, vaults and tills as ledger accounts, controlled cash transfers, and end-of-day till balancing by notes and coins.
Investments & fixed assets
Fixed deposits, treasury bills, bonds and unit trusts with accruals and maturities. A fixed-asset register with monthly depreciation.
Controls & audit
Role-based permissions with branch scope, maker-checker approvals, mandatory two-step sign-in, and an append-only audit trail.
Loan workflow
From application to ledger, every step on record.
Each stage validates the member, shows the application and its documents, and records who acted and when. Anyone can track where an application is and who acts next.
Capture
Product, amount, period, payment method, guarantors and documents.
Check
Checks re-run with current figures; recommend or decline.
Confirm affordability
Running loans, buy-offs and the payroll deduction limit.
Decide
Approve an amount within the limits, or reject with a reason.
Calculate
Net take-home after quotations, fees and any required shares.
Post
The whole loan posts through the ledger in one balanced entry.
Accuracy & accountability
Controls that hold under pressure.
Financial systems fail quietly: a duplicated posting, an edited history, an approval nobody checked. These safeguards are enforced by the system, not left to good intentions.

Implementation
A careful path to go-live.
Moving an institution’s records is a project, not an install. This is how we approach it; the plan is agreed with each institution.
Understand your products and rules
Savings and loan products, fees, approval limits, branches and the reports your board relies on.
Set up the system around them
Loan and share products, approval rules, roles, branches and the chart of accounts.
Bring your records across
Members, balances and loans imported through bulk uploads, then reconciled against your existing books.
Train, launch and support
Role-based training for staff, a planned cut-over date and support arrangements agreed in advance.
Who is the system designed for?
Savings and credit cooperatives (SACCOs) and similar member-based financial institutions that manage savings, shares and loans, including those collecting through payroll deductions and mobile money.
Can it be configured for our products?
Yes. Loan products, share products, fees, approval rules and role permissions are all configured in the application. We review your products during discovery and confirm anything that would need development.
Can we bring our existing records across?
The system includes bulk registration and bulk savings uploads, identified by account number or national ID, for files of up to about a million rows. Each migration is planned and reconciled against your existing books before go-live.
Where is the system hosted?
It is built to run on secure cloud infrastructure with a managed database. Hosting arrangements, backups and data location are agreed with each institution.
Is it certified or approved by a regulator?
We do not claim regulatory certification. The accounting follows IFRS-based treatments, including IFRS 9 expected-credit-loss provisioning, and regulatory returns are on the roadmap. We will walk through your reporting obligations with you and be clear about what the system covers.
Does it connect to mobile money?
Today it records mobile-money deposits, repayments and payouts against members and the ledger. Direct MTN MoMo and Airtel Money integration is planned.
What does a demo involve?
A guided walkthrough using fictional data: registering a member, taking a deposit, running a loan from application to disbursement, and seeing it all arrive in the ledger and reports.
